Feast of the Circumcision of Christ
On Thursday, January 1, at 12:00 noon, we will celebrate the Holy Communion in remembrance of our Savior submitting himself to the Law in his circumcision. This is also the day on which he received his Blessed Name Jesus. There is no better way to start off the new calendar year than to remember, in our worship, that he became just like us to redeem us, and thereby re-commit ourselves to his Most Holy Name.
12th Night on 10th Night Party
Our annual parish 12th Night Party will be hosted by Doug and Dss Cynthia Hensley at their home in Hendersonville. Please plan on coming out to celebrate the 12th Night on the 10th Night of Christmas, Saturday, January 3. We will gather between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. for finger foods, king cake, wassail, and songs! All are invited.
