Stewardship
Our annual Stewardship Campaign is underway. The third letter of the campaign went out last week. Please mail your commitment cards back to the church or just drop them in the plate on Sunday morning. Please respond as soon as possible. The letters will stop once you make your commitment for this coming year. Please be aware that the US Postal Service now processes our mail over in Charlotte, which has added 2 to 4 days to delivery times.
Andrew’s Address
As most of you are aware, Andrew Blankinship’s cancer has been deemed inoperable. Medically, discussions are now occurring as to “next steps.” We can, however, continue to support him and his wife Ashley by letting them know we are thinking of them and praying for them by sending cards and letters. Their address is 1501 Woodland Pointe Dr, Apt 2008, Nashville, TN 37214-4731.
A Child is Born: Annabelle Lee

We are pleased to announce the birth of Annabelle Lee Debra Linn on October 31. She weighed in at 7 lbs, 14.5 oz and is 19.75 inches “tall.” Congratulations to the proud parents Ally & Seth Linn, as well as proud grandma Frances! We hope to have Annabelle’s public debut here at the church very soon. Don’t forget to help us celebrate Seth and Ally’s newest little one by showering them with diapers or gift cards (Walmart or Target). Diapers should be (Luv’s brand only please, due to allergens) size NEWBORN or size 8.
Shakespeare in the House!
The Blue Ridge Bards, the home-school Shakespeare Troupe which started here at All Saints Church 16 years ago, have returned home this year. Rebekah Byrd started this group to infuse literature and acting/performance to the home-school curriculum. We are thrilled that they have returned to use our facilities. Since this past summer, they have been using the 2 portable classrooms next to our parking lot to prepare and practice their acting skills. Now it is time for the performances to begin! The parish hall has already been transformed into a “Theater-in-the-round” for rehearsals and other technical work. This year’s offering is Shakespeare’s As You Like It, performed by high school students. Performances are scheduled over the next two weeks. Seats are still available for Saturday, November 15 @ 7pm, Tuesday, November 18 @ 7pm, Friday & Saturday, November 21 & 22, both @ 3pm. You can sign up for a performance by clicking here. You will choose the time you would like to have. Once you get to that particular performance’s page, scroll to the bottom and click on Sign Up Now to get your seats. A small donation is requested to help defray costs. We hope you can come out and enjoy the play! Run time will be less than 2 hours, which includes a fifteen minute intermission.
Annual Meeting & Thanksgiving Dinner
Our Annual Parish Meeting & Parish Thanksgiving Dinner will be held on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at 12:15 p.m. The meeting will begin directly after the 11:00 a.m. Holy Communion. The meeting lasts less than an hour. The Thanksgiving Dinner follows immediately after the meeting. Be sure to make every attempt to be here that day as we listen to reports of the past year, ratify a budget for the upcoming year, and elect members to the three open vestry seats.
