On Wednesday, June 24, 2020, All Saints Anglican Church in Mills River, N.C. will host an event for families as an alternative to our traditional Vacation Bible School. Although we were saddened by the necessary decision to cancel our week-long Vacation Bible School this year, we have pulled together an alternative fun and safe event for the whole family. Our program will be an Evening Traveling through the Parables. Family units will “travel” to our open-air tents, each a different parable, as they hear and see these spiritual lessons given to us by our Savior, Jesus Christ come to life. And because it would not be VBS without music, we will kick-start and close our evening with uplifting, easy to follow praise songs. Check-in begins at 5:45 p.m. The program will start at 6:00 p.m.
To properly follow COVID-19 recommendations, leaders and participants will practice social distancing. Each station will be equipped with hand sanitizer. All take home items will be individually packaged.
