At the Parish Meeting this past Sunday, February 4, 2018, the Vestry presented it plans for the expansion of our church facilities. Half of our congregation was present for the meeting. The plans were met with enthusiasm by those present. A Capital Campaign to accomplish the vision set forth by the Vestry was announced.Unfortunately, Sunday was also a day in which many area roads were covered in ice and many members were unable to attend. Sunday’s session was recorded and the video is available below on this page. It is also pinned to the website’s front page. Packets containing the information about the plans and the capital campaign were mailed to all those who were unable to attend and should be in your mailboxes Wednesday or Thursday. The video answers many questions in a more in-depth manner than the information mailed to you. Please view the video by clicking here. It is the single best way to come to understand why we are undertaking this project. If you have difficulty viewing the video, please stop by the church during normal office hours and we will set it up for you. The video runs for about 28 minutes.I encourage all of you who were not at the meeting to please watch the video before your packets arrive. And once they do arrive, respond as the Holy Spirit guides you. Please feel free to ask me or any vestry member questions which may arise. This is an exciting time to be a follower of Christ here at All Saints Church as we move forward “rooted and built up in Him,” for only by his grace are we “established in the faith.”Blessings,Fr. ErichPS If you just can’t wait for the US Post Office, you can access most of the packet by clicking here.
