Registration Information
The late registration fee for this year’s synod is $175.00 for all participants: delegates, deputies, alternates, and observers. The fee, along with any donation you may make, will be automatically calculated when you submit your registration form below. You will then be given the choice to use your credit or debit card, Venmo, or PayPal.
Delegate and Alternate Information
CLERGY
DIOCESAN SYNOD: All clergymen, canonically resident in either the DCWS or DEUS and in good standing, are Delegates to Diocesan Synod. Please register as Delegate.
PROVINCIAL SYNOD: All clergymen in good standing, are Deputies to Provincial Synod. Please register as Deputy.
LAITY
DIOCESAN SYNOD: Each parish or mission is allocated 2 lay delegates and 2 lay alternates. Lay Delegates are the church’s voting representation at synod and Alternates are those who are authorized to take a delegate’s place if the delegate cannot fulfill his role. Both Delegates and Alternates are elected by a church’s annual meeting or are elected/appointed by the vestry. Please confirm your delegate/alternate status before registering.
PROVINCIAL SYNOD: Each parish or mission is allocated 1 lay deputy and 1 lay alternate. Lay Deputies are the church’s voting representation at synod and Alternates are those who are authorized to take a deputy’s place if the deputy cannot fulfill his role. Both Deputies and Alternates are elected by a church’s annual meeting or are elected/appointed by the vestry. Please confirm your deputy/alternate status before registering.
Anyone else attending synod should register as an Observer.
